Tytuł: "Optimal Transportation in the 21st Century"

Abstrakt:
In this talk we present various developments in the theory of optimal transportation following the discovery of regularity conditions on cost functions by Ma, Trudinger and Wang , published in 2005. We also consider recent extensions which embrace near field geometric optics as special cases.

Stanisław Łojasiewicz był wybitnym Polskim matematykiem XX wieku. W ciągu całej swojej kariery naukowej, od czasu rozpoczęcia studiów w 1945 roku aż do śmierci w roku 2002, był związany z Uniwersytetem Jagiellońskim.
